This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by returning all monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck. When this card declares an attack, send 1 monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard. This card has 1000 ATK for each Normal Monster in your Graveyard. When this card is removed from the field, remove it from play. If there are 5 different "Forbidden One" cards in your Graveyard that were sent there by this card's effect, you win the Duel.

Well, you can Special Summon this card and return your precious engine to your Deck so that you could use the said engine more. Such cards are used and in the Graveyard usually are Reborn Tengu and Tour Guide of the Underworld. Just another DARK monster that you could use with Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning and Chaos Sorcerer.
That's pretty nifty, actually. Summon it in defence position, it's basically costless... the only downside is that it doesn't give draw power or selective restocking of cards, but it's still useful for recycling Tour Guides and Tengu, as you suggested.
