Spirits in the Deep Sea:

Well, I got this idea from reading LGQ's blog about Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth combined with Spirits, so I took a test run on it. A lot of factors became involved and I thought about how to get Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth turn 1, or have a set Yamata Dragon set. The deck that LGQ made was interesting enough, but it slightly lacked a few things, so I took my own spin on things and see how it went. First off, I went with a basic Synchro feel to it, to see how it ran, after a few adjustments were made after careful planning:

2x Dark Dust Spirit
2x Fishborg Blaster
2x Izanagi
3x Nimble Sunfish
3x Oyster Meister
3x Royal Swamp Eel
3x Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth
2x Treeborn Frog
2x Yamata Dragon

Card Destruction
2x Hand Destruction
3x Magical Mallet
3x Mausoleum of the Emperor
3x Moray of Greed
2x Pot of Avarice
2x Terraforming

2x Royal Decree

Extra Deck

2x Ally of Justice Catastor
2x Ally of Justice Decisive Armor
2x Armory Arm
3x Black Rose Dragon
2x Iron Chain Dragon
2x Mist Wurm
2x Stardust Dragon

To say it simply, it's basically either A) Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth with Synchros to back him up, or B) Yamata Dragon with Izanagi to continue replenishing your hand. So, the basis of the deck was met, but it was continuing to miss something. Like LGQ said, the deck focuses more on Shooting Star Dragon more than anything, so I thought about what was missing. Then, I got the idea to modify the Decisive Fish build into a Shooting Star Dragon build:

3x 7 Colored Fish
2x Dark Dust Spirit
2x Deepsea Macrotrema
2x Fishborg Blaster
2x Izanagi
3x Nimble Sunfish
3x Royal Swamp Eel
3x Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth
2x Yamata Dragon

Card Destruction
2x Hand Destruction
3x Magical Mallet
3x Mausoleum of the Emperor
3x Moray of Greed
2x Pot of Avarice
2x Terraforming

2x Royal Decree

Extra Deck

2x Ally of Justice Catastor
2x Armory Arm
3x Formula Synchron
2x Iron Chain Dragon
3x Shooting Star Dragon
3x Stardust Dragon

So, instead of having other Synchros stay on the field with Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth, Shooting Star Dragon stays instead. Anyway, rate, fix, comment, thoughts, discuss. Enjoy!
