This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 6 WATER monsters from your Graveyard from play. While a monster your opponent controls has an Ice Counter, they cannot attack. By sending 1 card from your Hand, you can activate one of the following effects:
- Put 1 Ice Counter on a monster your opponent controls.
- Destroy all monsters with Ice Counters your opponent controls.
ATK: 1900 DEF: 2000
