Pretty much your build is meant to either drop a quick Rank 5 or a Quick Rank 3 either with the many Police Combos or with the Teleporter combo. I like it and this post has received the Yuginshin Seal of Approval lol.

Not yet. I will get to it soon though.
I took out a teleport for Psychic Commander, so I can go into Hyper Psychic Blaster with Overdrive Teleporter. It's also a e-tele target which you can pair up with beast and go into any high level synchro.
