First off, you're probably wondering why I have Monster Reborn and Call of the Haunted in here. I put it in here, because of two reasons. First reason is if I draw it on the first draw, I can go defensive, wait until my opponent acts, then respond accordingly next turn. Second reason is if Necrovalley is no longer on the field, I won't be at a disadvantage with not having a back-up defense, and the deck becomes less reliant on Necrovalley.
Now, the reason behind this deck is Gravekeeper's Visionary. It's real easy to get it out early. Let me explain after pointing out this:
Gravekeeper's Visionary + Hand Destruction + Rite of Spirit/Call of the Haunted/Monster Reborn
At first, originally, this was my thought, but upon closer look, they are Spellcasters. Since, Gravekeeper Visionary has 2000 ATK and it's a Spellcaster type, you can use this card:
Magician's Circle
[Trap Card]
Activate only when a Spellcaster-Type monster declares an attack. Each player Special Summons 1 Spellcaster-Type monster with 2000 or less ATK from their Deck in face-up Attack Position.
Maybe, if you considering making a Gravekeeper deck, don't forget the basics, and utilize whatever you can.
no royal tribute??
ReplyDeleteIt's still on the testing stage, so I may add it to a later build. What I do know is, that my idea behind Hand Destruction needs to go, unfortunately, so Royal Tribute may be added later.
ReplyDeleteI'll update it later this week when I get the chance. (I may just make a new post about it.) I haven't been able to get to work on it for a little while due to tasks in real life.
