Necrovalley
[Field Spell Card]
All "Gravekeeper's" monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. Cards in either player's Graveyard cannot be removed from play. Cards in either player's Graveyard cannot be affected by card effects, except for their own effects.
For this card, it'll cause disruption to Inzektors, which will be a necessity in this format, since the majority of Inzektor players want to equip their cards from the Graveyard. Here's the advantages to this:
- Cards won't be banished from your Graveyard by your opponent's card effects.
- Dark World effects would not be affected by Necrovalley besides Snoww's second effect.
- All Gravekeepers gain 500 ATK and DEF.
With this card, you can force your opponent to lose all their monsters, then use Mind Crush to crush their hand to pieces. Thoughts and comments?
i find that valley genrerally conflicts with gates but its definetly worth trying out
ReplyDeleteIf you run both in the same deck, yes, it will cause conflict.
DeleteActually this was done before the guy also put in Geartown and Trade-In, personally tried it out and drew shit almost everytime.
ReplyDeleteThe less Field Spells you run, the better, is the typical rule-of-thumb in having Field Spells in your Deck. What else was used, Field Spell wise?
DeleteDude.. There wont be any conflicts either given that both cards are field spells and only one can be present at a time.
ReplyDeleteThere is some conflict, because both Field Spells would clog up your Hand. I've personally tried both Field Spells, it didn't work out, so the question then becomes: "Which one would you use?"
Deletegravekeepers run mind crus fool
ReplyDeleteI made the Card Discussion topic based off the Dark World question I said in January. Yes, you can run Mind Crush in Gravekeepers, but the view I want to point out is "Which Field Spell do you prefer?: Gates or Necrovalley."
