Okay, for a small explanation, disregarding the one Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning and the one Chaos Sorcerer, you have 10 Lights and 10 Darks (if you don't use the Plaguespreader for something else and the Necro Gardnas for defending).

If you Xyz into Steelswarn Roach, you have 2 Darks and 1 Light in your Graveyard once Steelswarn Roach is destroyed. If you Xyz into Number 39: Utopia, you have 2 Lights and 1 Dark in your Graveyard once Number 39: Utopia is in your Graveyard.
