Dissipating Spires

Well, since I haven't done this in a while, time to post a few created cards.

Dissipating Spire - Alicia the Transcendent

[Aqua/Effect]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned except by removing 3 WATER monsters from your Graveyard from play. When this card is Special Summoned, place 2 Dissipate Counters on this card. Negate the effects of all monsters your opponent controls. During each End Phase, remove 1 Dissipate Counter from this card. If you cannot, destroy this card.

Dissipating Spire - Beth the Adolescence

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned except by removing 3 WATER monsters from your Graveyard from play. When this card is Special Summoned, place 2 Dissipate Counters on this card. Negate the effects of all Spell Cards your opponent controls. During each End Phase, remove 1 Dissipate Counter from this card. If you cannot, destroy this card.

Dissipating Spire - Katlenne the Transparent

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned except by removing 3 WATER monsters from your Graveyard from play. When this card is Special Summoned, place 2 Dissipate Counters on this card. Negate the effects of all Trap Cards your opponent controls. During each End Phase, remove 1 Dissipate Counter from this card. If you cannot, destroy this card.
