It's really only effective when you have Miracle Fusion. In almost any other situation, Prisma would be better than Genex Undine.

Undine lets you drop any Water Monster, but that versatility doesn't help if you just want to dump E-Heroes. So, it might be best to shy away from the Genex engine unless Debris Dragon is being used. Even so, it just makes the deck more inconsistent.LightGruntyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02447236040598781868noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1762234984605905445.post-41769767700378000792011-01-21T01:02:40.737-06:002011-01-21T01:02:40.737-06:00What I'm trying to do is push for 3 strategies...What I'm trying to do is push for 3 strategies with what I'm trying to build. Obviously, it's going to be more Elemental Hero Prisma based than anything.

First strategy, using Miracle Fusion with Absolute Zero. With dealing with Spells and Traps, I tend to focus some cards like Mobius the Frost Monarch to take care of them, rather than having to use up space to fit in Mystical Space Typhoon.

For that, I'm trying to make it more Elemental Hero based, rather than making it Destiny Hero based. It gives me something else to work with and I can include 3 E - Emergency Calls rather than drawing out Destiny Hero Malicious and having those cards clog up my hand.

For the second strategy, I tend to use Synchro Summons and try to dominate that way, but I don't focus it in as much.

What I tend to notice is wherever I live, people stopped trying to stock up on destroy cards and they try to prepare themselves more in cases like battling (Dimensional Prison), summoning (Bottomless Trap Hole), and counters (Solemn Warning, etc.) rather than focus on simple cards to give them the upper hand.

Obvious each area has different meta, so I take advantage of it, and try to use such cards so that I can stay defensive when I don't draw the cards I really need.

In this case, what the downfall was if the deck's focus is more control-wise, you would be losing a lot of your resources, which can make or break a duel in your loss.

One thing I noticed with your video is that Genex Hero deck was losing resources and eventually the opponent got to him and won.

I'm making my own variant of Genex Hero, but by the time I needed to put up something, it wasn't good enough yet, so maybe in the next couple of days or posts, I'll be able to put it up.Ryu Kuzehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17576409763997177453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1762234984605905445.post-18083506762129804062011-01-20T18:41:40.422-06:002011-01-20T18:41:40.422-06:00Cool. I've b...Cool. It's nice to be recognized.

I've been trying to find a way to improve the Genex Hero build Aki and I were using earlier, but I would probably have to drop the D-Hero Malicious and such.

Focusing more on Prisma is an interesting way to take the deck, but Miracle Fusion isn't always going to be in your hand to make it convenient. That's the main problem with Hero-based builds, so there always has to be another win condition.

Debris Dragon can probably provide that secondary strategy when paired with Snowman Eater. Spirit Reaper is also a possibility, because it can be dumped with Prisma using Reaper on the Nightmare.LightGruntyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02447236040598781868noreply@blogger.com
